I didn't watch the meeting with Port Ritchie. But they g I guess they're gonna take out the Harbor Isles portion, which
is the v very extensive homes. But the comment was made that they're going to leave Sand Pebble in. San Pebble is a gated condominium community. I mean if we're gonna clear out These non blighted areas, San Peblo should be part of it and I think we should coach Dan as he talks with them to make sure that comes out of that C R A as well.
Do they have any um single um section eight housing or affordable housing in there?
No. It's a gated community.
