Hi, I'm Ainsley with Pasco County Pavement Management. People always ask why can't you pave roads faster? Well, the process isn't as simple as it seems. We use two methods, which you can see here. They're called milling and paving and full depth reclamation and solid semen. What does that mean exactly? Let's break them down.
