Section 602.8, M3, Villages of Pasadena Hills, impact fees, mobility fees, and development fee surcharges, and other amendments as necessary for internal consistency. Providing for applicability, repealer, severability, and an effective date. This was presented to the Pasadena Hills Planning and Policy Committee
on 216 of 2022. The local planning agency found it consistent with a comprehensive plan and recommended approval to the Board of County Commissioners on February 17, 2022. And this went to the board for first reading on 38 of 22.
