It's a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map 2-15 and sheet 16, changing from ROR, Retail Office Residential, to IL, Light Industrial, on approximately 10.17 acres located on the northwest corner of U.S. Highway 98 and Old Lakeland
Highway. It's item PDD 200068. Today we're asking you to find this consistent with a comprehensive plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.
