Denise

Item PC four is a special exception in the name of Barrett Harding Insurance Inc. It is PDD 197373. It's for a professional services office in an ER estate residential district. If I may ask the Planning Commission, that staff's recommendation is approval with conditions with the change that we are. striking through condition number two, which is on page sixty-one of your agenda packet,

which calls out days and hours of operation. We would like to strike that condition through in its entirety.

Charles GreyChair

Mm mm. Okay, and is the applicant present? Okay, and do you agree with the sh striking of those conditions? Okay, and anyone here to object? See no objections?

Denise

Item PC five is PDD 197372 in the name of Gary L. Blackwell Investments Inc. Denise

Okay. And uh we do have an additional item on the consent agenda which is called out in your packet as P eight, should have been PC eight. I'm going to read the item by title. There was a bit of a change on the title. Um I'm not sure if you were given a copy of what the new title reads. We did we were. It's up here. Okay. And I the clerk's office has been provided a copy of the new title.

I'm going to read the item by title. It is a It's CPAL 18010. It's a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment. Cypress Creek Town Center, large-scale comprehensive plan, map amendment to the future land use maps, Map 2-15, and Sheet 21, changing from ROR Retail Office Residential to PD Plan Development on 427.1 acres, more or less of Real property located generally along State Road 56

at the intersection of realigned State Road 54, adjacent to and west of I-75, and north of the Hillsborough County line, and a text amendment amending the sub-area policy, future land use 7.1.2, Cypress Creek Town Center. I will say this is item PDD 19-155. And on this item you're actually sitting as the local planning agency. And the recommendation in this case is for you to find the request consistent with a comprehensive plan

and to recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners on the item.

Charles GreyChair

All right, is the applicant present? Anyone here to object? Okay, I see no objection.

Denise

And that concludes the consent agenda.

Charles GreyChair

Okay, can I have a motion on the consent agenda?

Can I have a motion on the consent agenda? So

Jaimie Girardi

so moved.

Charles GreyChair

So you're moving for approval of the consent agenda is to

Jaimie Girardi

be clear that includes P eight even though with a Listed as consent. Correct. Is that part of your motion? Second, yes.

Charles GreyChair

Okay, so we have a motion and a second to approve the consent agenda, including P eight. Um any further discussion? All in favor? Aye. Opposed? Motion carries.
