So I just want to thank property owners for willing to to sell their land Land at a discount and um Elamp
and Parks and Natural Resources doing a great job on the Commission.
Yeah, there are some uplands on this on this parcel and um um we're continuing to purchase more land along Strawberry and this is just a nice addition to uh what we have around there. So You want to make the motion? Yep.
