The guard. Good good morning is the call to public hearing. On August 5th, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners approved the establishment of an MSVU Fox Ridge Subdivision from the Pasco Hudson Road and Bridge District. In uh twenty nineteen the BCC approved the creation of an advice report for Fox Ridge MSP move. Um in December twenty nineteen there was a resolution that established

a seven member property advisory board. And um We went ahead and we sent out uh nomination uh points to all the members of the advisory board. And in on game. February of this year, we had the results of the voting Yeah, I don't know if the PowerPoint is available but um we had four members Uh um Um for two year term and

as Chad Yingling um Christopher Gerald and James Boo. The fourth member Uh through and Ford. uh did not get enough votes so it was not uh recommended for a two-day term. We add a total of about seven for the four-year term, but there are only four positions and the um results came back from Michael Davis, Paul Fussel. Michael Smith, Cindy Butland.

And um Staff is recommended that these folks be up on the seat board.

Mike Moore

Okay, thank you sir. And I I know it was difficult for some people to hear. Um Bottom line is with the fo for the Fox again with the Fox Ridge MSBU, um there was over the years there have Not always been consensus amongst the residents on how they would like to see things moving forward. So it was suggested that they actually have a committee and that committee actually be voted on and appointed on by the residents and let them make that choice themselves so they can represent the

entire community so they can come in here as a cohesive unit in the future when recommendation recommendations are made. Does anybody have any questions?

Mike Wells

Commissioner Weightman, move for approval.

Mike Moore

I have a motion by Commissioner Wells for approval. Commissioner Oakley, second. I have a second by Commissioner Oakley. Madam Clerk, please call the roll.
