Um the I'd ask this this be on placed on your regular agenda because it is it is one of the unusual TEFRA hearings that you are approving. Because the location is within your boundaries, the ability for them to float these sorts of bonds

for a charter school. It is not the county does not have any liability with regard to the bonds, but because of the Internal Revenue Code, you are normally required to do a public hearing. This, because of changes in rules, this particular one was done by hearing officer. And so what you're asked to do in this case is approve the resolution, which has a transcript of their

public hearing. Um and so if you would move staff recommendation.
