So move second
Wells and a second by Commissioner Oakley Adam Clerk Please call the role.
District three, Commissioner Starkey. Bye.
District four, Commissioner Weightman. District five, Commissioner Mariano. Aye. Uh District Two, Chairman More.
I a motion passes four to zero. So we're going to go back to P12. Well, Commissioner Starkey had a question.
Yeah, um I'm trying to uh get in touch with my husband here and I know Barbara Wilh is listening and she was. Assistant County Attorney at the time. I think David Goldstein was at the county. When the family uh gave the land for Starkey Boulevard to the county. There were some restrictions on Stark Boulevard. It was designated as a scenic road. And um and and uh family
has Change from rights to signage approvals and Um For example, no boards are allowed to be on Starkey Boulevard and Trying to get a hold of my husband here, but I just I I'm sure it's gonna be a nice boat RV storage and I don't object to that on the corner. I I just wanna be sure. That continue to maintain the character of Starkey Boulevard
in the way that um it wasn't designed to be.
Commissioner Starkey. I want to know what kind of landscaping would be uh along the edge there on Starkey Boulevard.
Mr. Chairman Mariano, I I don't have the answer to that. That's usually something that we would handle during the site planning uh discussion. But I I take the commissioner's comments and fully note them, uh, in terms of how we end up treating the length of the property along Striky Boulevard.
Thank you. So I just Alex is calling me, but I I don't think I can take that call right now. So that's all. I just wanted to to uh remind the county that there is this kind of added restriction on Scarkey Boulevard. And um so uh Sunday I move approval.
And I okay. Wells did Commissioner Weightman you were trying to say something.
No, it's uh she understand I mean it's in my district, but she I mean Alex, it's the same folks developing the other side of the road. So it's gonna be a great project, just like the project he has on Starkey and and Decubulus. So I've already met with both of them and uh so I second her motion.
Yeah, well the the difference on this one is that it's fronting Starkey Boulevard, not on the cubulus. So on the the sign for the Starkey storage is on the cubulus not on Starkey. So um there are some restrictions that just county may not be aware of and um so anyway I need the motion to approve.
Okay, I had a motion by Commissioner Starkey and a second by Commissioner Weightman. Madam Clerk, please follow the roll.
District three, Commissioner Starkey. Aye. District four, Commissioner Wells. Aye. District five, Commissioner Mariano. Aye. District two, Chairman Mariano
