Yep, thank you. So we're gonna hear that on R ten. We'll go to the easy one. R eight. Do you have a we have another confirmation today?

Kathy Pearson

I do. We have a confirmation, so we're respectfully asking the board to confirm Mr. Brian Hoban as the new community services director. Brian is with us. He's gonna come up and say a few words here in a minute, but a little bit about Brian. He started with the county back in July of 2016. He worked with uh the Internal Services Fiscal Department. He also worked for the Emergency Operations Center. And for the last two and a half years he's been with us under public services serving as our program administrator. March

twenty-fifth during this wonderful COVID pandemic. Um Brian was put to the test with public services and all the services that we had to put in Pasco CARES, helping with restaurants, senior services, all of that great stuff and has done a fantastic job. So I'm gonna let Brian say a few words. So Brian?

Moore

All right, thanks, Ms. Pearson.

Good afternoon. We don't need your address, by the way. Okay, great.

Brian Hoban

Good afternoon, Brian. Public Services Administrator and Interim Community Services Director. Um, you know, as Kathy said, I've been with Pasco County for four years now, and and I would argue in those four years that the past three and a half months have really been the most important of those four years uh serving as the interim community services director. I really want to say, you know, especially. Serving through a national pandemic, that community services team is really a phenomenal team to work with. They've accomplished some amazing things. their ability and willingness to

change and adapt during this time has been phenomenal and um I really am proud to have worked with them. I want to take this opportunity to thank the Board of County Commissioners as well as County Administrator Biles and Assistant County Administrator Kathy Pearson for all the support that you guys provide to that team, allowing us to make a difference to our community every single day. So thank you all very, very much.

Moore

Well thank you. Thank you, Brian. I my team says very, very positive things about you. So thank you. I've heard you're very responsive and you give back to my team very very quickly so that's very much appreciated. So thanks for all you're doing. Any other statements or questions from the board?
