Um Real Property Planning received a petition from CG Pasco L L C to vacate the underlying plates of Zephyrhills Colony Plat and Crystal Springs. Um it encompasses the cobblestone MPUD. Um the purpose of the uh vacation is for future site development prior to the replet of the MPUD.
