    Girardi we need one on this on this side as well. The other comment I wanted to make has to do with housing affordability. And housing affordability is affected by a lot of things. But I feel like The word affordable housing has almost become propaganda. And we're ignoring some of the reasons why we found housing to become unaffordable very quickly. During the pandemic When I was gonna be like Trump and call him our stupid Federal Reserve Chairman. Um, decided that we should have zero percent interest rates, which means you can go out and Borrow money for a home for thirty years at two percent. That creates a an artificial demand for housing. and then when we saw people fleeing the the big cities up north during COVID And they could spend they could buy for a two percent their own Airbnb. That ate up a whole bunch of the housing stock here in Pasco County. Well I think if we slow down and we sit back. We're about to find that that market is going to adjust itself.
