And I want to run through with you the infrastructure that that exists at this location. Out in front of this project, Ridge Road is an existing four-lane arterial highway. 52 and 54 are also arterial highways, just to give you the magnitude of what an arterial highway is and the importance of them in our roadway systems. And as you know, after a very, very, very long time, Ridge Road is currently being extended to Suncoast Parkway in US 41. As uh Steve had mentioned, the project will be served by Central Sewer and Water from Pasco County. Next slide.
