Kathryn Starkey Multifamily housing units are between Chauncey Road and State Road 54 on Bruceby Downs. There are no traffic lights between these two. This has led to it being a high-speed straight uh straight section of road. For several businesses and roads on the western side of this road, this means that if you want to head north, they have they have no choice but to right turn and go down to the traffic light at Chauncey Road to make a U turn in order to head north. By placing a large number of residents in this area, it will only exasperate the problem. Two, schools at capacity. Our schools in the area are already at capacity and there are still community building build communities building new homes as it is. Multifamily units will overload the local schools. The school system cannot currently keep up with the rate of growth in the area and that it will just uh and that it will address growth growth from fam single family homes. Brandon Kelly.
