When you look at all of these calculations, what you find is we took the contractor's pay application, right? The specific contract the contractor was paid for the construction of those facilities. and and compared it to the costs that we would have calculated based on the connected city.     Ernie Monaco to include more accurate road construction cost estimates, because we had just done connected cities, so we had we had access to real prices. The beneficial and unexpected Funding sources that came in from external entities like Connect the City and F DOT. There was more accurate school land acquisition costs. The county had purchased the land for the superpark, and there was also some changes to the actual borders of VOPH. With Connected City, Ashley Grows was actually transferred to Connected City because it was under one developer now. We did want to extend the infrastructure, particularly gigabit infrastructure, across the street. And finally, Zephyrhills actually annexed some outlying parcels. So there was a lot of need to update the plan, which is why we're here today.
