Oakley We got some people on on Ridge Road that because there's a construction there they think they have to go thirty miles an hour, so I don't know, but it the Ridge Road is very pretty.
Fitzpatrick Thank you. I as I did take a tour as well with David Engelman, um, of District Four Engels. It's been a long day already. Um so I have follow I have followed up with some businesses, visited some businesses and followed up with the landscape grant with some of them as well. I did want to bring up the Ridge Road extension and I think we have some photos as some are aware and hopefully everyone else is aware that the Ridge Road extension ha is open as of New Year's Eve. It's very nice and a very quick drive and the speed limit's about thirty five miles an hour, I believe.
Mariano For the first time in two years there wasn't traffic at fifty two and forty one. I think about the right-of-way. It was pr it was great. So I think I think the Ridge Road extension is helping. Uh so I'm gonna make a a statement. And uh You know, Ridge Road could go all the way to Overpass. We saw all the construction that's going on, but we still see the traffic on fifty-four, fifty-six, et cetera. Let me see how to do that. There's ways to make it happen. There will be some houses that have to go w whatever, but you could make that connection. You could have a road going all the way to three oh one. And that would be I think ideal for this county long term down the road.
Several speakers Steve Booth: And we're fronting on Ridge Road. And none of the rest of the property will be used uh as commercial because the lots are not conducive to that at all.

Chris Williams Ridge Road is a major road, correct? And I guess to the I guess north, south I guess to the east would be Little Road. You already have a, as you said, a uh commercial business now you called it uh what was it? Home Deepo, thank you. Um I can't see why those two lots could not be commercial. In fact, if anything else, in my opinion, that's what you would want there. They're on a major road. light industry in my opinion is back off of a road in a complex area where you can have parking for workers and things and folks like that. To me this In my opinion, I can see it as commercial property.

Fitzpatrick Um it's a one lane each direction all the way into the Sun Coast Parkway up until the summer of next year. Then it will be a four lane highway, two lanes each direction all the way to the Sun Coast Parkway and then to Sun Lake and then hopefully well then by twenty twenty five. It will go all the way to 41. And then, of course, with the funding request with from the board and Commissioner Moore and myself and everyone. the $14 million funding request. Hopefully we can get the Ridge Road extension completed by twenty twenty four. If you go back to the one Of course, we have the county has taken precautionary measures and to help accommodate the wildlife and there are the trails that you can sit and observe the scenery. And if you can go back to the other one.
