The board had in my tenure the first workshop dedicated to planning. The Lord dictated the following and directed us to do. We want a balanced
community. We want a fiscally and sustainable community. We want to preserve our ecosystem and environment. And we wanna create places where people can gather and be part of the community and create sensible place. And we're doing that today. And since 2024 in that workshop, we protected our trees. We've enhanced our uh architectural and contact centric development. We provided Billion uh over a billion dollars. capitalized
uh road improvements that'll be on that are scheduled for the next five years. With over two hundred and twenty new main models of capacity.
