The Real Property and Planning Team has received the petition to vacate the platted right-of-way filed by Anthony Gato and Jerry Kohler. The right-of-way is located just south of Standard 54 along Anclo Road and Fortune Street. So when the parcels adjacent to the right-of-way sought to be vacated, they've requested this vacation to allow for the development of the adjacent properties. There
