Okay. Good afternoon, Commissioner. Heather Wolf, Real Property and Planning. The Real Property and Planning Team has received the petition to vacate the platted right-of-way filed by Anthony Gato and Jerry Kohler. The right-of-way is located just south of Standard 54 along Anclo Road and Fortune Street. So when the parcels adjacent to the right-of-way sought to be vacated, they've requested this vacation to allow for the development of the adjacent properties. There
are no objections to this petition and the team recommends approval. Thank you.
