   1:26:31Heather Wolf, Real Property and Planning. The real property and planning team has received a petition to vacate portion of platted right-of-way filed by GS Automotive. The right-of-way is located west of US 19, adjacent to Scenic Drive. The proposed area to be vacated consists of 2,744 square feet. The purpose of this vacation is to allow for the sale and redevelopment of the adjacent parcel into a Take 5 oil change.

However, to reconfigure the lot properly so that the structure will fit and meet the uh setback requirements, a vacation is required. of a portion of the right-of-way that just kind of cuts through the the front of that parcel.
