    This is PDD 220053. This is the adoption, I'm sorry, not the adoption, the uh transmittal hearing for this item. So we're asking that you authorize transmittal to the DEO and other reviewing agencies. It's a large scale comprehensive plan amendment, CPAL 2115, Gateway Hub, large scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use element appendix to the gateway hub future land use classification and the future land use maps. 2-9 and sub-area map 2-9 gateway hub subcategory, sub-area map two-nine gateway

    hub subcategories. This went to the local planning agency on 217 of 22 who found it consistent with the comprehensive plan and recommended approval to the board and is set scheduled for adoption on May 3rd of 2022 at 130 in date city.

    Good afternoon, Denise Hernandez. Planning and development. Item P65 is PDD 220053. Today is the adoption on this item. So I'm asking, we're asking that you adopt the ordinance by roll call vote. It's an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan providing for text amendments to the future land use element appendix. And providing for additional text amendments as necessary for internal consistency, a map amendment to the future land use map 2-9, amending sub-area map 2-9-22, gateway hub sub-area, and sub-area map 2-9-22A, gateway

    hub subcategories, providing for repealer, severability, and an effective date. I do want to say that there was a revised agenda memo that was submitted to the clerk's office that modified just the LDA. The land development code sections in uh page six. Uh, this was presented to a local planning agency who found it consistent with the comprehensive plan, recommended approval to the board of county commissioners on February 17th, and it was transmitted to the Department of Economic Economic Opportunity and other review agencies on March 8th, 2022. Again, if you

    would take public comment and adopt by roll call vote.
