It's an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan providing for text amendments to the future land use element appendix. And providing for additional text amendments as necessary for internal consistency, a map amendment to the future land use map 2-9, amending sub-area map 2-9-22, gateway hub sub-area, and sub-area map 2-9-22A, gateway
hub subcategories, providing for repealer, severability, and an effective date. I do want to say that there was a revised agenda memo that was submitted to the clerk's office that modified just the LDA. The land development code sections in uh page six. Uh, this was presented to a local planning agency who found it consistent with the comprehensive plan, recommended approval to the board of county commissioners on February 17th, and it was transmitted to the Department of Economic Economic Opportunity and other review agencies on March 8th, 2022.
