P seventy six was advertised in the Tampa Bay Times October fourth, twenty twenty three.

Item P76 is PDD 247696. This is a zoning amendment. I have some things to read into record corrections. First is that it's Greenfield Place LLC, not LLP. Greenfield Place West rezoning. It's for a change in zoning from an AC to an I-1 Light Industrial Park District with a voluntarily agreed upon deed restriction that preserves the uses to I one light industrial park district uses. So

um another change in the Memo is on page four or five of your memorandum. Finding a fact number 11B. The um totals are a little different. We did provide that to the clerk's office. So it basically states the proposed amendment to IL future land use would allow for a maximum development potential of Two million two hundred sixty one thousand three hundred six hundred and thirty-five square feet. That should be eight million five hundred and twenty thousand seven hundred and seventy-one point six square feet

of non-residential intensity. And then it should be called out again in the following sentence. And then the resulting in a net gain of approximately, it now reads 1,582,970 square feet of light industrial land uses. That should read 7,842,106.6 square feet of light industrial land uses. This comes to you with a recommendation of approval from. from the Planning and Development Department and the Planning Commission.
