    Thank you. Item P sixty is PG twenty-four zero three five three. This is a development agreement. De Pew East MPUD Master Plan Unit Development.

    Permit and construct improvements to Water Brass Parkway and Wells Road in exchange for transportation development free credits. This item we did add an addition to one of the exhibits, which under your attachments is listed as exhibit B. The applicant has decided to call that exhibit C, but it's just an addition to that exhibit that was provided to the clerk's office. This was presented to the Pasadena Hills Plan. and policy committee on June fifth, twenty twenty four, and it went to the local planning agency on July eleventh, twenty

    twenty four. We ask that you approve the development agreement.
