So if you're on P fifty, I'm gonna move oh do you have to take public comment because I'm gonna move
The meeting after April twentieth.
May fourth.
May fourth.
Second.
I keep it to May eighteenth so it's
on this
side of the country.
No, no, we have to have it on this side.
Yeah. April twentieth and
May
eighteenth.
May fourth.
When's the next board meeting here? After April twentieth? Okay. Move to May eighteenth.
Eighteen second.
And those would be at one thirty soon thereafter.
Or soon
thereafter. Or P

Okay. By roll call vote.
I um I need to get the publication on the record. So item P 50 was published in Tampe Times on February 3rd, 2020. I will go ahead with roll call vote. District two, Commissioner Oakley. District three, Commissioner Starkey. Aye. District four, Commissioner Fitzpatrick. Aye. District five, Commissioner Mariano. All right. Perfect one, Chairman Oakley.
Aye. Motion pass five zero.
Um m um Mr. Chairman M point of order. Um Because we have continued this w um and this is kind of for our county attorney and the folks outside, public comment has been taken on this. So Do we do public comment again?
You're on the in this particular one I think you're gonna have to do public comment again because you've asked them to go talk about things and bring it back to you. So that you've gotta have but you've gotta have public comment. to hear what the sides agree to and if you're g if you're gonna hear that, it's gotta be a full p yeah public hearing.
Okay. Okay.
We're good. They can limit the amount of testimony to you, but I think you've got to it's gotta be open to the public. Unlike the one that's coming up later that it you were just at a vote.
Okay. Just wanted that clear.
Okay.
Uh do you want to give us because we're now into zoning? You're precise.
Um resigning rezoning procedures. There are two rezoning agendas, regular and consent. Staff will present each application to the Board of County Commissioners. If staff or planning commission has recommended approval and there's no opposition The application will be considered by the Board without further presentation. If staff or planning commission has recommended denial or if there is opposition to the application, the applicant will be given Five minutes for presentation. The opposition will be given three minutes for each individual or five minutes for a group representative. and
the applicant will be given three minutes for rebuttal. Any individual disagreeing with staff or planning commission recommendation or anyone wishing to object to any condition of the rezoning, may at this time request the petition be pulled, From the consent agenda. in which case that application will be heard under the regular agenda later on during the meeting. Otherwise, all rezoning applications on the consent agenda will be approved by a single motion and vote. If you wish to speak to any petition, please give your name and address and
whether or not you have been sworn for the record. These are quasi-judicial public hearings. The law in Florida is that mere public support or opposition of an application is insufficient for this board to take action. Please limit your comments to those criteria found within the Board's Land Development Code. Okay. Thanks,
sir.
