Mr. Chairman Mari if you may recall, this is this is the one that um the motion to To not approve it was

And then it was continued. You were at the deliberation phase of the of the project. Um, yeah. Given the fact that the public hearing is close was closed Um just wanna make sure that none of you have had contact with either the applicant or the public on this matter. Um since you since the since the public hearing was closed. Yep. I have not. Anyone else?

Kathryn StarkeyVice Chair

Mm-hmm.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

There was

Kathryn StarkeyVice Chair

the one on Bruce B Downs? Oh

Ron OakleyChair

that's the one on Bruce Bows, yes.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

There was a a email that was submitted into the record let or into the our WebEx portal last night. Um that email in my opinion should not be considered. It shouldn't be read into the record. You're the the record is closed unless this board wishes to reopen it and readvertise the project every yeah, readvertise in your public hearing. But my under my understanding is that the board was going to further

deliberate On fifty four and make a decision today.

Ron OakleyChair

Yes sir. So hey

Mike Moore

so since that last meeting

I've come up with additional evidence. That backs up my motion. No, I really have. Um really di additional evidence that backs up my motion. But at the same time, um I'm being cordial to the applicant of the here. Um, you know, since we didn't open up this for a public hearing, um I probably they probably should have the time and the ability to respond to it. And this has I'm having a meeting with FDOP this Thursday and it has to do with something very important that's happening

right in front of this project. um when it comes to a close of a median, um, which can be detrimental to the area unless it's changed. I'm act I'm literally meeting with F D on Thursday to see if I can get them to put some things off. But I can't really I don't wanna get into it right now. into details unless we open this public hearing up. And I think we should have a public hearing up. So I'll make a motion to continue to reopen the public hearing to allow the public and the applicant to speak.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

And So It needs to be readvertised, but since it's on today's agenda, you are You're considering to To the April twentieth meeting or I think

Mike Moore

that's plenty of time. I don't does it need it to be continued forever. I just I want to have this meeting this Thursday as well. Um I mean I c I I really don't want to get into the details until I have that meeting with F Dot. Andy's gonna be with me too and I'm meeting with uh multiple people from Uptown at the location.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

I don't know how much time I think

Mike Moore

next week. I mean I I meet Thursday and

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Um I was

Mike Moore

I'm fine with the twentieth.
