No, we don't need a note motion to do that. No,
we approved uh staff's recommendation.
Do you wanna?
Or one of the continuances we only continued the transmittal hearing we need to continue the adoption hearing as well. Terry can go in detail about that.
When will there the s water mitigation project be done?
Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Um just for clarification, item P sixty-two, which was a comprehensive plan amendment for C Pel 2014 Central Pasco Employment Village. Their the motion was to the applicant requested a continuance of the transmittal hearing Um from today to June eight. One thirty PM in Dade City, which that motion was uh passed earlier. There was a second motion also to continue the adoption hearing of the of the same project from the July 6th BCC meeting to the
August 10th BCC meeting. In anticipation of the motion to move it to June 18th.
Mm. Well, but that wasn't scheduled for today to be heard.
So how are you how are you continuing an item that was not before the board?
Does the transmittal has to occur before the adoption?
I understand that but you're conti you you're asking the board to continue Adoption and that was never before the board today.
So you you're saying that you can't do that. Move a motion that's in the future up.
Right. You gotta continue it the day you advertised it to be heard.
Very well.
So you just have to readvertise? No. So what I'm hearing him uh what I'm hearing Terry say is that the that that is scheduled for a July sixth hearing. That's what it was advertised for. Correct. That's the day he's gonna have to continue it to the August date he wants. He can't Do it again. I mean what what happens is they they publish it on the July agenda. to continue to August and it gets continued then. But there's been no advertising
to the public that it's going to be heard today, so you can't hear it. You can't do anything with it today. Okay. Thank
you. Understandable. All
right.
Nice try.
It just doesn't work that way, so Okay.
