Done on this about a month or or so ago. Um this is an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan, providing for a text amendment to the Central Pasco Employment Village Sub-area Policies, Policy flu 7.1.12, providing for repealer, severability, and an effective date. And again, this is uh we ask that you adopt this by roll, take public comment, sorry, and adopt by roll call vote.

13:16Thank you, Mr. Chairman, ladies and gentlemen. Joel II to an associates and I represent the applicant. I'm not going to make a presentation, happy to address any public comments, but just as a polite reminder, of course, we vetted this at length. We got everyone happy at the transmittal hearing, including the Economic Development Council, staff, and other constituent property owners. There were no changes from the state. Nothing to my knowledge has changed. And so we we would appreciate your consideration for final adoption. And then

13:46we do intend just to update you as we represented to the board. I've been working the last couple weeks with the property owners and uh to implement. the land use exchange that Mr. Cronin had recommended, it does appear that those property owners are going forward with that and they'll be modifying their zonings to kind of uh improve the location of the employment and the residential uses as was suggested through that process. So so far so good and uh the

14:16Plan Amendment adoption will allow us to proceed now with those zonings.
