So today we're asking you to approve the proposed comprehensive planning comprehensive plan amendment and adopt by roll call vote. It's an ordinance amending the Pasco County comprehensive plan, providing for a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps, Map 15 and Sheet 21 from res. six residential six dwelling units per gross acre and I L Industrial Light to Res 24 residential
24 dwelling units per gross acre on approximately 43.2 22 acres of real property located at the intersection of Wesley Chapel Boulevard and Hay Road providing for repealer severability and an effective date.

Mr. Oakley, ladies and gentlemen, Joel II, two-one associates for the applicant. Staff and I both made a full-blown transmit uh presentation at the transmittal hearing on this. We're prepared to do it again if the board wishes to hear that, but it was transmitted. It had been previously recommended by Plan. commission we've had no public uh comment, no public appearance, uh uh no opposition to it and uh I think staff and I would would be willing to dispense with presentation
textbook process unless the board wants another presentation. We're happy to do it if you need one.
