Uh this is the PVAS i is a call of the public works. Uh this is a PVAS number. Um 3447 MacDonald Avenue. This project was presented to the BCC September 28th, uh, 2021. The BCC continued the public hearing to give the property owner a chance um to repair a section of McDonald. And of course, McDonald is a privately maintained road. Staff has confirmed that the work has been done. Um, this is a photograph of the um long uh long patch that was uh Um BCC

need to direct us to discontinue or proceed?

StarkeyVice Chair

And your recommendation is to discontinue that it's well done. So made a motion on that.

Mariano

So moved. Did you get public comment first?

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Uh Madam Chair, I just want to I I um I stated the wrong um date. I I did the dates for P one twenty-five, not P one twenty-seven. So P one twenty seven was published on the Tampa Bay Times on August 25th, 2021. Thank you for letting me get that on the record. Is there any public comment on this?

StarkeyVice Chair

Okay.

All right. Um well we really can't take comment from there, but thank you. So

Mariano

Madam Chair, I I'd like to say the uh the gentleman did the patching here, I think we should actually put him under contract and let you all work for

Unidentified speakerVoice C

us.

Mariano

Uh he did a phenomenal job. Um so I I'm I'm I'm very happy to continue. I know there's a motion second already, but I'm happy to discontinue and move on.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

And Madam Chair, for the record, we did have one individual signed up. She spoke from the crowd, so we couldn't hear her. Her name is Shirley Skull, I believe. And um okay, and um she doesn't no longer need to spot speak on this matter. That's great.

Moore

This is a you know if you remember we listened to the you know they said this is an option, this we we could possibly move forward with this. They actually did it.

StarkeyVice Chair

Yeah.

Moore

So I'm glad we I'm glad we waited. I'm glad we listened. So thank you.
