Maximum cost per ERU is $4,4831. The discounted amount is $26,9725, and the maximum cost per ERU after the Discount is three thousand six hundred and twelve dollars and twenty-five cents. Of third four possible votes, um nine

1:05:13responded, which is about twenty-six percent, eight of those were in favor, which is eighty-nine percent, and one was against, that's eleven percent. Um repayment is over a ten-year period at three point two five percent interest, and uh the location map. And um a photograph of the road uh condition.

1:05:54Hi. My name is Susan Miller. I live at [address removed] and um I'm glad that this has come across. One uh person that has lived on the street for eight years has said he has tried to get this to this point for the eight years that he's lived there. I've only lived there two years. This picture is in front of my house. What you can't see is where the grass is growing two feet into the road. It's like that on both sides of the street. That's

1:06:25because the sewers were totally blocked. Um, Mr. Coldwell came out and or and h had people come to clean the sewers out. It took three men. to get one sewer unblocked. And that sewer is caddy cornered to my driveway and my front yard. When it rains in any type of storm whatsoever, my front yard yard becomes a pond. I mean I could get ducks

1:06:55and they could swim in my front yard most of the time. There is a hole in front of my yard that goes out. Um A good Probably a good a foot out into the street and it goes down eight inches into the dirt. I understand that they're only going to fix or take off the first two inches of the street. But Mr. Caldwell. uh assured me that they're going to patch the hole in front of my

1:07:25yard And not with just gravel which they've done when they've patched the road Other times they are going to patch it with asphalt and then put the two inches, which I hope that works. But I would like the commissioners to consider doing what they've done on other streets, uh, on Roxbury Street and on Fairmont. They have raised the sidewalks by the sewers so it gives a good five inches

1:07:56to six inches of water space so the water can go down into the sewer.

1:08:05And I see

1:08:08Well, they've already come out and looked at like in front of my house and throughout the whole street. But the grass goes all the way down the street on both sides. And the people that own the property on that, we usually go out and scrape this off each year. But when lawns are mowed, it just goes straight down the street. I have most of the grass in front of my house because It's just dirt in front of my house. There's no sidewalks. I do know the sidewalks are supposed to be four inches high. Um

1:08:39it's probably a just two inches, the sidewalks. Yeah. So um, but I would like them to consider at least raising the sewer system like they've done on the other streets in Holiday Lakes. What they've done is they've just bring it up like this and then it's flat on the top so it's just like a little raised bridge. And I'm sure they'll look at that.
