1:12:01Agenda item PC seven. This is PDD 22-CU18 Conditional Use 18. It's a land excavation operating permit for an additional 100,000 cubic yards. Uh for existing M P U D

1:12:19The location of the site is just east of River Glen Boulevard, approximately 3,800 feet north of the intersection of State Route 54 and River Glen Boulevard.

1:12:30As I said earlier, conditional use petition CU twenty-two dash eighteen by syntax NR Holdings LLC. Previously it was permitted for two hundred thousand cubic yards. We're just proposing an additional A hundred cubic yards for this petition.

1:12:49Is the location map of the areas of excavation. There are floodplain compensation ponds.

1:12:58There's a feature land use, surrounding areas. Zoning. Hero there.

1:13:08And then the Hall route, using some of the existing from the previous approval along River Glen and going to the north in the area where they will have future approved permitted construction.

And then my other question is, you know, my concern there is obviously that's in close proximity to New River Elementary, the hall road goes right In the back. And I see that, you know, obviously they're required to keep the dust But what exactly do they do? And that's my big concern is just making sure that that dust is not even, you know, along the hall road is not

1:14:00Drifting over into our school.

1:14:03Sure. Well, first of all, in the conditions of the road, they're supposed to be video videotaping in. Okay. So we have a condition prior to any uh activity, and then they're supposed to restore it to existing conditions or better. And then they're supposed to on a daily basis watch for the fugitive dust. Okay. You know, watering is necessary and and so forth. So that's supposed to be uh a daily basis. thing that the contractors are supposed to be watching over to make sure it's maintained properly. So obviously, you know, we o occasionally do get complaints and so forth and so we'll definitely address

1:14:33that. And so forth that those

1:14:36horizons. Yeah, and I I see Ross back there. I assume they will, but again, I'm you know, it's just concerning you know, just a concern, not that I'm opposed to it, but you know, with kids because the ball fields are out there, so you know, kids who might have asthma or stuff, you know, we just wanna make sure that that's under control.

1:14:53Well definitely I'll I'll I'll take that back to the engineering record and make sure they're cognizant of that and make sure that's being addressed properly. Right. Thank you. All right, thank you.
