No disposition in the minutes
The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

Okay. Denise, do you wanna
Mr. Chairman before Denise speaks, I think you mentioned that you might want to move some items from regular to consent. Yeah. So if that's the will of the Planning Commission, you should probably should bring those up now. Okay, good.
Um so item P seven. And item uh uh the walk-on P10. Um those are the two items that I'd like to put on consent. Um we as far as we know, we haven't had any objections to those items, so
If we could get that in the form of a motion from somebody to move into the consent agenda. And then you can still have for public comment once they're on the consent agenda, but
J just for clarification, item P ten, is is that the V O P H item?
Yeah. Yes.
Yeah. I don't know why but it's shown as a different item on the actual agenda online.
Hidden Creek Boulevard, is that V O P H is that same thing? Okay. I'm sorry. Part of the confusion
was that the subject line of that changed from the time it
was
on the agenda to to what was emailed to you. Okay. Um but yes, that is the V O P H item. Okay. So I think if if the Planning Commission is okay moving those two items to consent, should probably do that in the form of a motion. So moved.
Yeah about second.
Second.
Okay. Any further discussion? All in favor, say goodbye by saying aye. Aye. Opposed, like sign? Okay, and as with all the uh items on consent, as we go through them, if uh somebody has would like an opportunity to speak, just raise your hand or pull it.
Okay.

a consent item. Uh is any more is the applicant present?
Anyone here to object?
Um just to be clear, uh Denise or Terry, whoever's handling this, is there anybody that's registered in a WebEx for any of these items? I'll just ask the questions now.
Registered on WebEx for any of these items.
Thank you.
Thank you. All right. Uh having seen nobody to object, we'll move on to the next item of consent.

Okay. Uh so this is a consent item as well. Is there any is the applicant present? Anyone here to object?
See no objections? Next.
And then believe item P10, WP10, is the last item on the consent agenda. It is a large-scale county comprehensive plan amendment in the name of CPAL 2211 Hidden Creek Boulevard. Intermediate roadway. Uh large scale company to the fundamental.
What's the current plane? Oh. Are you are you talking about P C nine?
No, I'm talking about P ten. P ten C9's on consent to, isn't it? Well, we can get to P9 in a second, but I realize you're reading from the agenda, Terry, but the agenda memo has a different name for this item. Oh.
I can read the item if you'd like.
Okay, thank you. Okay, thank you, Denise.

In addition, an update was made to the information that was delivered.
It was a walk off. I think it's this was emailed to you as well. Yeah.
Yeah.
Okay.
All right. And you asked for public comment on that one, I forgot.
Yeah. Is the applicant
present? The applicant I believe is the county.
Yeah. So anyone here to speak on this topic?
Okay. Somebody raised their hand over there. Oh they did? Yes, sir? You'd like to speak?
I agree. I agree.
Okay, we have almost unanimous vote on that.
Yeah, Chuck. Uh okay, so would can you hear me now? Yeah. Okay.
Mr. Chairman in abundance of caution I I would ask again for the three consent items, not the continuance items, but the three consent items whether anybody's here to object to item PC six, PC seven, Or P or P ten. We haven't talked about P nine yet, but I I wanna Because Denise aren't you pulling P9 from consent?
Um
I just also wanna say that PC eight is also on consent.
Well PCA I know needs some discussion. So
So to reverse ourselves for a minute since you might not have heard, uh do we have anyone who n intended to speak on uh on P six, P seven, or P ten?
I don't see anyone.
Okay. I think in the abundance of the caution, let's take action on these those three first. Okay. And then we can revisit P nine and P eight.
Okay. All right, so uh I'd like to hear a motion uh to approve consent items that we discussed.
So moved.
And those were uh seven
PC six, P7, and WP ten.
Right. Second. Okay, so we have a motion and a second. Any further discussion on the motion? If not, all in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Opposed, like signed. Okay.
