Uh uh roll call vote again? No. Or is this one? Okay. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? Nay. All right, then we are on to eighty five. If I'm keeping this straight. Yes you are.

StarkeyChair

Item P eighty five was published in Tampa Bay Times on July tenth, twenty twenty two.

Denise

Good afternoon, Denise Hernandez Planning and Development. P eighty five is uh we're asking for public comment on this item. This is OMB twenty two zero zero three one. It's a request for public commenting regarding the proposed use of fiscal year 2022 Edwin Byrne Memorial Justice Assistant Grant Program. And this is from the Pasco Sheriff's Office CFDA number 16.738. As I understand that the amount is $122,040 and the request is for you to just accept public

comment. The board does not have to make any motion uh action on this item.

StarkeyChair

Okay. Um do we take public comment on this one? Yes. Yes. Okay. Um anyone wish to speak to this?

There's no one on WebEx.

Then it is we don't have to take any action, so we'll move on. Is that right?

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Mm Chairman Mariano

procedures and swearing in for the rest of the agenda.

StarkeyChair

Yeah.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Let's do that. There are two rezoning agendas, regular and consent. Staff will present each application to the Board of County Commissioners. If staff or planning commission has recommended approval and there is no opposition, the application will be considered by the board without further presentation. If staff or planning commission has recommended denial or if there is opposition to the application, the applicant will give be given Five minutes for presentation, the opposition will be given three minutes for each individual, or five minutes for a group representative. The applicant will be given three

minutes for rebuttal. Any individual disagreeing with staff or planning commission recommendation or anyone wishing to object to any condition of the rezoning may at this time request that the petition be pulled from the consent agenda, in which case that applicant. application will be heard under the regular agenda later on during the meeting. Otherwise all rezoning applications will on the consent agenda will be approved by a single motion and vote. If you wish to speak to any petition, please give your name and address and whether or not you've been sworn for the

record. These are quasi-judicial public hearing. The law in Florida is that mere public support or opposition of an application is insufficient for the board to take action. Please limit your comments to those criteria found within the board's land development code. Adam Clerk, would you like to swear? the public in for the remainder of the agenda.

StarkeyChair

Thank you. If you're here to speak on the remainder of the agenda, could you please stand and raise your right hands?

Unidentified speakerVoice B

The members were wrong. We did we just do it right?

StarkeyChair

Do you swear or affirm the testimony you're about to give is the truth, so help you God. Thank you. Yep.

Moore

So nobody had to be sworn in for 96 for P ninety six?

Pat Rubracht

Mm-hmm.

Moore

I'm just curious. We didn't do a s we didn't swear in before P97.

StarkeyChair

So do we need to redo that vote?

Unidentified speakerVoice A

No, I don't believe you need to re redo that book.

Okay. Well P eighty five, your question P eighty five was the one that Denise just written corrected, yes.

StarkeyChair

Okay. So we're on eighty five. Sorry,
