This comes here with a recommendation of approval.

It's for a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment, C PAL 2206 for Saddlebrook Resort. It's for a large scale, and you're sitting on this one as a local planning agency, large scale comprehensive plan amendment creating sub-area policy flu 7.1.66. Creating future land use map 2-9, Sheet 66, amending future land use maps map 2-15

and sheet 22 from res 6, residential 6-dwell units for gross acre to PV plan development on approximately 420.47 acres of real property located south of State Road 54 and east of the service road. On this item, we're asking for you to find this consistent with a comprehensive plan and recommend approval to the BCC.
