Item P seventy six was published in Tambay Times on august seventeenth, twenty twenty two.

Oakley

Item P seventy-six is a zoning amendment in the name of Anmar Builders Inc. slash Krella Estates. It's a change in zoning from an AR agricultural residential district to a MF1 Multiple Family M medium density district in northwest Pasco County on the north side of Shady Hills Road, east of Softwind Lane, containing approximately nineteen point two three one acres. A revised memorandum uh was submitted. Um which indicated uh a new deed restriction for the multi-use path

uh that would go to the South Coast uh path system.

MarianoVice Chair

Madam Chair.

StarkeyChair

Yep.

MarianoVice Chair

You say it's removing it or adding it?

Oakley

Revising, fixing the language, adding it, basically.

StarkeyChair

Yeah, because I I read what wasn't in there and I thought that was going to come up here today. So you have added that there will can yeah, I I would like clarification on that. I am the trailer.

Liam Devine

So what was added is actually in front of you today, the deed restriction was revised to add that. multi-use trail um for mobility fee credits so that was included in there so you there should be a deed restriction somewhere with a sticky note on it that says P seventy six that was included so that was revised to add that multi-use trail in there as a deed restriction.

MarianoVice Chair

And the fee credits come for the parcel that's not on their property.

Liam Devine

I I believe so.

StarkeyChair

This is a very good addition and makes this a much better project. Um and I did have one question. Um I I know uh that they had a meeting. I guess I just kind of say this. I I think this is a great area where if we can get some affordable housing into this project, it'll be really good for the area and the community. So um whatever I Did it help? as you have those conversations with our staff. I know there's I know we have money available. If

you saw the article in the paper where counties are sending millions of dollars back to the feds um that could be used to help ease the housing crisis for people less fortunate. We don't wanna send any money back more for all these, so Alright, with that um Is there anyone here who wishes to speak in opposition to this

item? I have no one signed up and no one on WebEx for this item.

Jim White

We'll leave it on consent and I'll accept the motion for the consent. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? All right. Consent is done.

StarkeyChair
