It's a large scale comprehensive plan amendment uh in the name of C Pel twenty two oh six at Saddlebrook Resort. And this is the general location of Saddlebrook within uh the county. The star is a little off. It should be on the south side of fifty-fourth. Um
So the Saddlebrook Resorts MPUD was approved on June 24th, 1986 and contained 530 so acres, which is before the adoption of the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan. In 1999, the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan was adopted. and it established the future land use map, Map 2-15.
