It's a petition to rezone from AC Agricultural District to MPUD Master Plan Unit Development District to allow for the residential development, for residential for the development of a 200. Room hotel and 210,000 square feet of non-residential uses. The parcels located
west of US 19 at the southwest corner of Old Dixie Highway and Racetrack Road on approximately 158 acres comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions as included in your agenda packet from both the Planning and Development Department and the Planning Commission.
