Very good. Mr. Chairman, this was shown as a action item for the board. Uh if there's anybody in the audience that cannot make the continuance date and would like to speak today. They may, but if they speak today, they will lose their opportunity to do so on August twenty-second.

Jack MarianoChair

Okay. Is there anyone in the audience that did want to speak to P item P fifty three that can't make it? Okay. Mr. Chairman's

Kathryn Starkey

no one on WebEx for this item either.

Jack MarianoChair

Okay, and I see the applicant she may want to add something.

Barbara Wilhite

Barbara Wilheit, 6327, Graham Boulevard, New Port Richey 34652 for the applicant. Just a idea, um because you have no meeting in July A continuance here today is a two-month continuance to this project. We have a an issue that we're working out with the with the chairman, and so we wanted to see if it was possible to continue this, and I didn't even get a chance to talk to staff, which is not very professional, and I apologize for that. Um, a month to the July 11th. We are pretty close to US 41, where the

project is. It'd be obviously at your discretion of the board, but um and if we weren't ready by the eleventh we could move it um again till August. So that's the request. It's the pleasure of the board, but I want to make the request. It would really help the project.

Jack MarianoChair

So let me say this. No the project itself uh The Dell web part is going to be a phenomenal thing. I was concerned about some of the other things coming in with it that was addressed, and we've heard many people from Shady Hills talk about What's going on that whole area with all the other stuff that would be get approved scared me. Uh I brought it to Barbara's attention the first time we had the chance to meet with was yesterday and she was good to talk with uh Dell Webb's folks as well as the owners of the property. They're trying to work out some things. They've got some ideas,

but again we didn't have a chance to talk of it. I don't mind continuing to July eleventh. We're gonna let the citizens know right away so they can make it. It's not that much fun. further adrive, but I think it's I want to try to work with them so we can make this a gr a great project. Okay. Up and down. They have good projects. Yeah. The Dell Web project is going to be phenomenal, no question. It's just all the other things I want to deal with. I'll

Barbara Wilhite

make a motion

Jack MarianoChair

to move to uh I

Barbara Wilhite

will re notice again. Thank you.

Ron OakleyVice Chair

And the notice is okay.

Barbara Wilhite

I'll renotice, make sure.

Ron OakleyVice Chair

Okay.

Unidentified speakerVoice A
