Um my question is When I read the staff report So if you only look at the strike through and underline and sub-air policies, it makes it look like we're losing 120 acres of employment. I don't think that's really the case because I think they're eliminating some of the residential in the interstate mixed use area, but I thought staff was going to do some kind of discussion

47:50about why we're not losing employment land Which I didn't see in the agenda memo.

47:57I I think there is an explanation. I I want to be clear. I'm I'm supporting the amendment of the Complan. I'm just I d it seems like there's an analysis missing. From the staff report that shows why we're not losing one hundred and twenty acres of employment.

But essentially the the employment generating uses and the capacity. capacity that the original Gateway Hub had or has currently will remain thereafter.

So uh and I some of you will I've sent emails and try to explain this, but basically the portion of the property that's along I 75 was I think four hundred and thirty-six acres originally, but it was a mixed use category and it allowed I think twenty-five percent to be Residential and in discussions with David and planning staff, we felt it was more important to preserve that area

49:28for employment generating uses because we're intending on building, you know, hopefully a couple of million square feet of light industrial and office over in that area. So we netted out and removed the residential from that area. So the overall area that's Called now Interstate Employment and Mixed Use removed all residential from it. So it went down in gross acreage, but it's the exact same amount of employment generating uses and it ended up preserving all of the

49:58highway frontage along seventy five in that category for employment only, not not residential. So we should probably caught that in the staff report out.

50:08I mean that's consistent with what I my understanding, but it just I never saw the math in the staff report that explains all that.

50:14The maps in there but yes, and also this is something else. The strike through and the maps are only an exhibit to the res to the resolution, not to the staff report. And I think that was also probably a little bit confusing. Uh it's hard to tell what's going on if you just look at the staff report. So I'll get with Amy and Terry and very quickly try to augment those two things so it's clear what we're doing. And I we're happy to if we need to create updated maps to bubble the area that's changing, we can do that. Okay,
