The proposal is a flu chip. There is a MPUD that's going to be heard later today with respect to this. the site location. This is the subject site. It's across from Angeline. As you can see it's on State Route 52. the site location, as we just addressed, the existing future land use as we said.

the zoning. Now there is a portion of this property that's going to retain remain the C3 zoning that's next to the Kempgro Drive. That was as an accommodation to the landowner. These are the policies that show this is consistent with the comprehensive plan. And we ask that you find the amendment consistent with the comprehensive plan adopted by World Call Grote.
