Good afternoon, William Vermillion Planning and Development. This is the Legends Point phase three MPUD item P78. I've just got one item. So if it goes oh so spare you the presentation. Item uh condition number thirty-three.
It talked about giving a traditional neighborhood design rate in the county's mobility fee schedule. Um Those of you know that we've had a lot of concern in the Shady Hills area as far as residential growth coming in here, not having infrastructure in place. I don't want to see this property and I've already talked to the applicant which you'll address, but I don't want to see anything different from a a regular mobility fee schedule, whatever it would be, that they pay that normal fee. Well.
Clark Hobby, Hobby Hobby, PA 109, North Brest Street, Tampa, Florida, have been sworn. I have no problem striking the second sentence in that condition, Commissioner Mariano, because we're not going to have any alley loaded product on this development anyway. Well
shame on you.
Next time. Okay. So
I I
can apply to this one. That's all I'm saying.
Today, we're going to need that infrastructure. Uh the next development is going to talk about what they're going to go do. So it's a necessary step to make sure we have those fees in place. So I appreciate it. So with with that I'm okay with moving forward with the deletion of that item. If someone wants to make a motion to that effect.
Um I'll make a motion to to what's the
It would be the motion would be to approve the project with the amendment to um Condition thirty three.
Two, three. Uh motion Uh based on county attorney statement.
