Aye. Motion passes. Item P seventy-six.
P seventy six was advertised in the Tampa Bay Times on August 27, 2023, and by affidavit of certified mailings and site postings.
Okay, thank you. Item P76 is PDD twenty-four zero zero zero eight. It's an ordinance amending to the Pasco County comprehensive plan, providing for a comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map, map two-15 and uh sheet twelve from IEL Industrial Light to Com commercial on approximately 3.69 acres of real property located at the intersection north of Sunlake Boulevard Extension and State Route 52. This comes to you with a recommendation to adopt the small scale campaign
plan and then
Okay. The staff uh anyone from commission wanted a presentation?
Okay.
Commissioner
Thank you, Chairman Mariano. Mr. Peter, I was reading through the background. I just want to confirm this is uh it's a little bit small for Live Local, but we we have the D descriptions on there. And this property based on the conversations we had earlier today on design of the property drops and our washes and of course facilities that that uh
Uh in terms of the frontage it would go to uh we would be adding land to the COM commercial area, um, but we would have to develop the land development code amendments and the board would have to approve them and pass them by ordinance, and then those would be applicable to any future development that would occur uh on this site.
Um, I have a question. Mr. Starkey. We just um outlined the types of layout that we'd like to see. Can did that affect this at all?
That's the question he just answered.
Oh, for
Commissioner Weightman.
I was reading there.
Um you need to adopt you need to adopt the Land Development Code amendments that staff will be proposing if they're adopted before this property comes in for development, it would apply to them. Otherwise it would not.
Okay, so we can't condition it.
This is a comprehensive plan, this is not rezoning.
Okay. We have to educate us everyone.
Okay.
That's why we're not land use attorneys and making the biggest bucks.
Any other questions for staff? Anyone from the public like to speak to item P seventy six?
There was no one signed up.
No one signed up, no one on WebEx?
Correct.
All right, back to the board. We'll close public comment. To the board. Second.
