Aye. Motion passes. Item P seventy-seven.
P seventy-seven is advertised in Tampa Bay Times on March 22nd and June 21st, 2023.
Jerry? Item P77 is PDD twenty-four zero zero one five. It is an ordinance by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners amending the Pasco County Land Development Code Section 604, Northeast Pasco Rural Protection Overlay District, Figure 604-1, Northeast Pasco Rural Protection Overlay District Boundary. Figure 604-2, Northeast Pasco Rural Scenic Roadways, Figure 604-4, Limits to Department. topographic alterations and other sections as necessary for internal consistency, providing
for applicability, repeat or severability, inclusion into the land development code and in effective date. This is the uh second reading of the or the second hearing of the Land Development Code amendment, uh and it comes to you with a recommendation for adoption.
Uh Terry, the item that's on the screen right now says P seventy six, do we can we get that updated?
There you go. There you go.
Okay. Any questions for staff?
Yeah.
Okay. You see the applicant behind you? That point to address.
Mr. Chairman, Commissioner's Clark Hobby, Hobby and Hobby PA 109 North Brussel Street, Tampa, Florida. Uh I'll keep this very brief. Remember that last month you all voted to approve the MPUD for Hilltop Vistas and you approved the Companion Comprehensive Plan Amendment. In that plan amendment, you voted to change the same maps that this agenda item is changing. So the comp plan has already been amended. This is just the second hearing on the land development code to change
the maps that are in the land development code to make them consistent with it. And the only thing we were doing was taking the Hilltop Vistas property out of it. That was thoroughly discussed last meeting. So anyway, I know we've I think I've about one or two people speaking. I'll be happy to reserve the balance of my time.
Can I can I ask you a real question quickly? Thank you. What were the changes in the topographic alteration it says you want to get out of the topographic?
No, no, it's it's the map. There's three or four maps that have to change when you come out of northeast Pasco, that's one of 'em. But remember the M P U D we added a condition in it that has the same language from The comp plan that would have regulated the topography.
Yeah. Okay. Alright.
And this is a public hearing item. Does anyone here to speak to item P77?
No one I signed up but Looks like we have some.
Nancy Hayeswood, [address removed]. Do I need to be sworn?
No. No.
No. Okay. So um I know this avo application was advertised correctly, but the name of the development was not on the agenda. So because of this there were a few people that did not attend this board meeting. I would like to ask that the board make a requirement that the name of the project is included in the agendas that go before the board. Please. Um
also
I know I mentioned topography last time and that's one of the things that's being taken out. Since I live close to St. Jud Road, I went by Summit View this morning and it appears that they are moving a awful lot of dirt. Yeah
It's not much of a hill anymore. And um there goes an Ir Hill in Dade City. And so from what I'm understanding that dirt is actually being moved to Maratha. And I was wondering about Dade City and Pasco County getting there, but that's that's for another matter, where the taxes form there and anything else with the Dade City Pasco County interconnection. But I I
just wanna be very sure that this very unhappy hill is not gonna have the same thing happen. Thank y'all.
Thank you. Anyone else here to speak to item P seventy seven?
Close public comment here. Anyone on WebEx?
There is no one on WebEx.
Okay, it's to the board. Move approval.
And and just to address that, that's what we just talked about, that they don't they they won't be moving Happy Hill to Milana. Second.
Okay.
District one, Commissioner Oakley. District two, Commissioner Weightman.
District 3, Commissioner Starkey. District 4, Commissioner Bradford.
District five Chairman Mariano.
