Committee on 1018 of 23 and to the Planning Commission who found it consistent with a comprehensive

1:05:14We are only adding the additional parcels from the Hamilton Oaks M PUDs. So we're not modifying any typicals or anything else. No, we're really just adding those additional parcels into the into the district.

1:05:30State Road fifty two. It goes from the interstate all the way to Prospect Road.

1:05:36It's it's the uh our problem child is gonna be from Prospect to 301. Because we don't have the right-of-way

1:05:43and that's that's Clinton Avenue.

1:05:45Right. So we have the right-of-way to put that multi-use in. on the north side of Clinton from Curley to Prospect. Where I think we're gonna have to come across the street and go on the south side is from Prospect to 301.

1:06:04And so anyone who's coming in for development on the south side of 52 from Prospect to 301, we need to be making sure we're getting enough right away. to fix that mistake. Because I think it'd be really expensive to put it on the north side because they have that concrete wall, right? They have that that there's a big wall.

1:07:36Alright, so Because it stopped at curly, unbeknownst to all of us. Um there From what I understand there's room on the north side. between from curly to prospect, but we run into trouble from prospect to three oh one. And so we just need our planners and our staff just needs to know that anything that comes in on the south side From Prospect Three O One we just need a little more space.

1:08:07Otherwise it dead ends at Prospect. And the idea is to connect it to the trail that connects to Zephyrhills and Dade City. At three oh one.

1:08:20I'm talking about continuing that multi-use path. To make sure it connects to the three oh one trim.

1:08:31And it it it has a problem from prospect to three oh one to be on the north side like the rest of it is

1:08:40Yes, correct. The the multi-use path that was built in conjunction with F DOT terminates right around by it's prospect I'm sorry at Curley. Um if you pay if you if you look as you're driving you'll see it on the north side of the road. There's a there's a wide multi-use path. It stops at Curley, but there what the commissioner is saying is is that there is enough land on the north side to continue that trail all the way to prospect. At Prospect, however, there is limited right-of-way on the north side. And what the commissioner is asking is as we go through the plans

1:09:11for properties and parcels that abut McCabe State Road 52 uh is to make sure that there's an accommodation for multi-use path on the south side. So there would have to be a crossing of of State Road 52 to the south side and to continue that. So that way the multi-use path can continue from Prospect to Highway 301.

1:09:30Yeah I I wouldn't think there was enough room on the north side, but I don't know. No. What's causing the problem?

1:09:35Retention wall that's very high. Well

1:09:39It's just built with the it was the construction of of the road and the the alignment and it was just a technical Matter.

1:09:46But the retention wall is on the I Freddy parcel that comes through That's McCabe. Before you get to Prospect, that's where a retention wall is.

And I just wanted to make sure I was understanding right, but the new State Road 52, call it McCabe, call it Clinton. It's the same road. I just was making sure I wasn't misunderstanding what you were both talking about. I see it now clearly it's what I thought it was. Uh so I think it's probably a good idea as we've we're seeing and we heard the mayor from San Antonio come today. Let's go talk about what's going on in that road. I know we got alternatives we're looking at, so it might be good to get advanced of a full public hearing, but maybe Maybe

1:10:37start a discussion amongst us as a workshop or some sort um to talk about what's going on in this whole area 'cause uh it's definitely confusing from from what I'm s seeing and hearing at this point.
