Seth Weightman

This parcel is four four acres, but is there on a dickery is it tied into an even larger footprint? I my question is related to live locals, so

Unidentified speaker

I

Seth Weightman

want to make sure that this if there's a larger footprint than the four the four acres that uh we protect this property for job creating opportunities.

Kathryn Starkey

Right, it is not tied in with a larger parcel and um during the beginning of this process staff asked us if we would be um in agreement uh regarding a condition to not take advantage of the live local Uh statute and to that we agreed.

Ron OakleyChair

Okay.

Seth Weightman

Ron OakleyChair
