This parcel is four four acres, but is there on a dickery is it tied into an even larger footprint? I my question is related to live locals, so
I
want to make sure that this if there's a larger footprint than the four the four acres that uh we protect this property for job creating opportunities.
Right, it is not tied in with a larger parcel and um during the beginning of this process staff asked us if we would be um in agreement uh regarding a condition to not take advantage of the live local Uh statute and to that we agreed.
Okay.

So but this is this four point eight eight four acres is by itself is that's the only piece in this corner.
It appears that they've got residential to the south.
There's residential next to it, I

and to the west.
To the west and then Chauncey and uh Buckman are the other
two sides.
