P62 is PEG 247765. It's a zoning amendment. New River New River LTD Pasco Hoke Corporation, New River Hoke, for a change in zoning from a C2 General Commercial District to an MF1 Multiple Family Medium Density District to basically to develop the site with a maximum number of 140 townhomes. That's within the voluntarily agreed upon deed research. It also incorporates development standards from Policy Memo 26, which have to do with our contextural
standards, monotony control, and landscaping. Comes to you with a recommendation of approval from the Planning and Economic Growth Department and the Planning Commission.
