Okay. And then pleasure of the board. Second. Got a motion and second. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Aye. Motion pass 4-0. Move on to P 50.
Right. I have a quick quest question. I don't think the whole presentation. Um Um I listened to the Planning Commission meeting. I just have a question of the applicant.
And And and I guess I have a question of staff. Uh on Willow Bend Parkway, I just pulled it up on my map. Is that um right now it's a two lane non-malleable curb road? But it looks like we have land. Is that is that road gonna be a four lane road eventually?
I can answer that question. Okay. Barbara Wilheis, [address removed]. When I was Chief Assistant County Attorney here, you did a permit with Swift Mud for a four-lane road and it was contested. My only DOE hearing I ever have done in my life didn't know what I was doing. I had to write Bob Keats' testimony. I had to write Greg Risky's testimony. But you've got to be able to do that. You've been sworn at Jim Barber. I've been sworn at, Jimmy. That road is permitted as a four-lane road. We did all the permit you guys did all your impacts for four lanes. Get
your wetlands for four lanes. I know that's like a long answer to a short question, but I thought it was interesting history about that road. So So it will be four-lane one day? Whenever you're all ready to do it, but you have the permit because I went and fought for the permit. Okay.
I hope there'll be a multi-use or a wider sidewalk, whatever we have.
We are giving ten additional feet, even though I think we could have made the case that the all the right-of-way is there, but we're giving ten additional feet. Okay.
Um so I listened to the Planning Commission meeting, but I couldn't I didn't give it my full attention because I was doing other things at the time. And um I heard that you're gonna be putting up a fence.
We're we were we were asked to do a wall because when you go down Willow Bend Parkway all of Willow Bend is walled. So the thought was to have this consistent instead of doing a PVC fence. We committed to do the wall at pretty much a brick wall or a It's a masonry wall? I'm not it's a pre ca it can be pre cast but it's still ornamental. But it's
so my question is and I've had this discussion with Brad and I don't know when it applies and it doesn't apply, but simple question are you gonna be putting landscaping in front of that wall? Yes. Okay, that's my question. Move to approve. Second. Did you take state public
comment?
