Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Nictorios Pitos, Planning Development, Economic Growth. Item P64 is an ordinance to amend the comprehensive plan to change the future land use from COM to PD on a property that's at the north and southeast corners of the intersection of US 301 and Roanoke River Way. This item is being requested for a continuance to the October 8, 2024 BCC.
