Thank you. Um To be quick, this is the same res opt out resolution for Live Local that we adopted last year. The only change really this year is we actually have more of a surplus in the eighty to hundred and twenty percent range. Um we actually went up eight hundred and seventy nine units as Commissioner Weightman probably predicted. So we have more of a surplus than that. range. So we have even more reason to opt out this year. Um Just as a reminder, it's a public hearing. I do it does need to be a roll call vote because it needs to be four votes for this one.

StarkeyChair

Can I vote first? Second.

Does anyone uh want to speak to this really good idea?

Okay, seeing none. I'll take a motion. I'll make approvable or a second. Okay. Second. All right. All in favor. Aye. Vote. Oh roll call. Well if we're if there's no abstenti no nays and there's five of us, do we really need to I can prove

StarkeyChair

that you had I had four votes. Thank you. Let's do it. District one, Commissioner Oakley. Aye. District two, Commissioner Weightman. Aye. District four, Commissioner Yeager. Aye. District five, Commissioner Mariano. Aye. District three, Chairman Starkey.
