No disposition in the minutes
The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

What was said
Machine transcription of 2m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 74% of 19 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.
Item PC ten, I would like to note that expertise were received and will be sent to the clerk's office for this item. And this is another item that we have individuals signed up for, and I would request that we pull this from consent.
That's PC ten?
Yes, sir.
Okay. Do we have people here to speak on PC ten? Two people, okay. All right, Barbara. For the applicant.
Barbara Willheid, sixty sixty-three twenty-seven Grand Boulevard, New Port Richey, three four six five two. We um did not know that our neighbors were interested. There's some peculiar drainage um issues in this area. So we'd like to to um ask for a continuance so we can reach out and meet with these folks. I think they deserve the ability to have some one-on-one conversations with our drainage engineer and ourselves. So we'd ask for a continuance for one month.
Okay.
Okay so again, since this was not advertised as a continuance, we need to see to see if there's anybody that wants to speak to the issue. today that cannot be here at the continuance date.
So the idea is the applicant is saying that they would like to have a have a chance to meet with those here that are concerned about it. And then come back in a month and and you can either come up and speak now or you can wait till then and hold your fire.
We can
talk and wait.
That's okay with everybody.
Okay.
Will they identify us?
Yes, we're gonna
get with May
We're gonna give you a date right now.
So what was the requested continuance date again, Barbara? Four seventeen.
We'll move to continue item PC ten to four seventeen in Newport Ritchie. Okay,
we have a motion. We have a second. Any further discussion of the motion is. Not all in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Aye. Opposed, like, sign. Okay.
